When going down the Littlewood you should get out in the town of Gooding. The water below Gooding is heavly contaminated from old sewage lagoons. Says Deepsix

The beautiful scenery of Idaho and the playfulness of the water are in themselves reasons enough to come here to paddle. The starting point is not too far from Twin Falls, there's a road map further down the page with more info on that. Whitewater rafting and kayaking spots
in Idaho tend to be more challenging than the national average, so don't forget that rivers here are less forgiving. The Silver Creek to Big Wood River stretch of Little Wood River in Gooding/ Lincoln County is 70.4 miles

back for more. Not too many hotels nearby, you'll have to drive a bit to get to one, but do book a room before you come because it is a very popular destination. There are some good sections to paddle in this river system, the Silver Creek to Big Wood River section is one of them.
