The beauty of the Sawtooth Range is a great plus for this river. Not too many hotels nearby, you'll have to drive a bit to     get to one, but you'd better reserve in advance because these hotels fill up quick. Marsh Creek doesn't have a lot of paddling stretches, the State Highway 21 to Middle Fork Salmon stretch is the only one. This stretch has has enough mileage, it's perfect for a one day trip.
