The Danskin Station to Alder Creek Bridge section is one of many paddling sections in this river system. If you've been whitewater rafting and kayaking outside this state you might find the rivers here a bit more challenging, so if you're visiting here do keep in mind that a lot of the rivers here are not suitable for beginners. This is a pretty decent length section, suitable for an afternoon trip. Getting some good exercise and just     hanging out with mother nature will have you coming back for more. You might be into whitewater rafting or kayaking or both, doesn't matter, around here you'll find a large number of good rivers. If you're a camper you can camp at one of the great campgrounds nearby. This stretch of Payette River - South Fork is 8 miles long and has been rated as a class III+ section by American Whitewater. There aren’t any hotels right nearby but if you're willing to drive a short distance then no problem and if you make reservations in advance you're all set.
