CLASS II-III 21.9 miles
I spent many hours on Robinson Creek fishing and I m not sure as to how is is even close to being class 2-3. It is less than knee deep in most spots. Better amend your report here. Says Nick
This stretch of Robinson Creek in Idaho is 21.9 miles long and has been determined by American Whitewater to be a class II-III section. The starting point is not too far from Rexburg, there's a road map further down the page with more info on that. The nature scenery of Idaho and the sparkling of the sunlight on the water have people coming here. This section
is long enough for an overnight trip if you take your time, so go ahead and pack your sleeping bag. There aren’t any hotels right nearby but if you're willing to drive a short distance then no problem but you'd better reserve in advance because these hotels fill up quick. Whitewater
rafting and kayaking in this state is often more difficult than elsewhere, so you'd better keep in mind that many of the rivers here are not very forgiving. You can pitch a tent or park your RV at a nearby campground. Since you're on this site you are probably into whitewater rafting or kayaking, either way there are lots of good spots for that around here. Getting your paddling muscles activated and just being out on the river for a while have a lot of people coming here. There are no other sections to paddle along Robinson Creek than the Yellowstone National
Park to Warm River section.
