This stretch of Salmon River - Middle Fork is 8 miles long and is a class III-IV section of whitewater according to American Whitewater. Getting your paddling muscles activated and just hanging out with mother nature will have you coming back for more. The nearby hotels are a bit away from the river, but if you don’t have reservations you might end up sleeping in your car. | the playfulness of the water will make you feel great. Whether you're whitewater rafting or kayaking this area has a large number of paddling spots. The campgrounds here at Salmon River - Middle Fork are pretty good.
