Not too many hotels nearby, you'll have to drive a bit to get to one, and if you make reservations in advance you're all set. Getting some good exercise and just being out on the river for a while are great reasons to come. Some people prefer whitewater rafting and some kayaking, either way there are lots of good spots for that around here. Whitewater rafting and kayaking spots in this state tend to be more challenging than the national average, so if you're visiting here do keep in mind that rivers here are less forgiving.
