Since you're on this site you are probably into whitewater rafting or kayaking, either way there are not so many other good spots for that around here. If you hurry you can run this stretch in a day but why not make it an overnighter, so go ahead and pack your camping stuff. A good workout and a chance to spend some time outdoors are great reasons to come. This is one of a small number of paddling stretches in this river system, there are a few others too.
