The sections for whitewater rafting and kayaking here in Idaho are often more challenging than in other states, so if you're visiting here do keep in mind that lots of rivers here are not for beginners. The wonderful Idaho scenery and the beautiful way the     water current moves down the stream are in themselves reasons enough to come here to paddle. Not too many hotels nearby, you'll have to drive a bit to get to one, but you'd better reserve in advance because these hotels fill up quick. This stretch is mid length, it's perfect for a one day trip. There are no other sections to paddle along Warm River than the Twisted Draw to Warm River Campground section. And of course, there are campgrounds nearby. Whether you're whitewater rafting or kayaking in this general area you'll find lots of paddling rivers. Great exercise and a chance to spend some time outdoors are great reasons to come. Briefly about the general area: You simply ought to visit Hole in Rocks if you're here at Warm River, and if you're here why not pop by Twisted Draw. At Warm River through the summer highs are   in the 80's, and throughout the night it cools down to the 40's. For the period of the wintertime highs are typically in the 20's, and winter nights come with lows in the 0's to Warm River. Warm River is pretty waterless regularly; the month of January is the wettest with most of the snow; July meanwhile is the driest month.
