This stretch of Gulletts Creek in Lawrence County is 2 miles long and is according to American Whitewater a class I-II(III) section of whitewater. If you're coming from Bedford it's not a long drive at all to the put-in location, as you can see on the road map further down. This is a somewhat short section so it's not like you're gonna spend hours on the river in one stretch. Getting some good exercise and a chance to spend some time outdoors will make     you glad you came. Whitewater rafting and kayaking spots in Indiana tend to be more forgiving than the national average, so if you're not from around here don't forget that lots of rivers here are good for beginners.
