Whitewater rafting and kayaking spots in Indiana tend to be more forgiving than the national average, so better not forget that rivers here are less demanding. The Briscoe Road to Big Pine Creek section of Mud Pine Creek in Indiana is 2.1 miles long and is rated by American Whitewater as a class I-II(III) section. The natural beauty of Warren County and the water flowing gracefully down Mud Pine Creek are in themselves reasons enough     to come here to paddle. This is a bit of a short stretch so you'll have to walk back to the start over and over. For all you camping people there are campgrounds nearby. Getting a good workout and a chance to spend some time outdoors are great attractions for lots of people. There aren’t any hotels right nearby but if you're willing to drive a short distance then no problem and if you make reservations in advance you're all set. No matter if you're whitewater rafting or kayaking this area has a pretty small number of paddling spots. This is the only paddling section along Mud Pine Creek.
