The wonderful Piscataquis County scenery and the playfulness of the water are in themselves reasons enough to come here to paddle. Whitewater rafting and kayaking in Maine is often easier than elsewhere, so keep in mind that many of the sections here are safe for beginners. Since you're on this site you are probably into whitewater rafting or kayaking, either way around here you'll     find a large number of good spots. Getting a good workout and a chance to spend some time outdoors are sure to keep you coming back for more.
