The Stackpole Bridge to Hubbard Road section of Little River is 5 miles long and it is classified as a class I-II section by American Whitewater. The average Maine whitewater rafting or kayaking river tends to be a bit easier to master than those in other states, so if you're visiting here do keep in mind that many of the rivers here are not very demanding. This stretch has has enough mileage, it's good length for a morning trip. There's camping available near Little River. Getting a good workout and spending some quality time in nature have a lot of
people coming here. Whether you're whitewater rafting or kayaking around here you'll find a large number of good rivers. You might have to settle for a hotel a bit away from the river if you want to stay the night, but do book a room before you come because it is a very popular
