  This section of Musquacook Stream in Piscataquis County is 18 miles long and it is classified as a class I-III section by American Whitewater. Whitewater rafting and kayaking spots in this state tend to be more forgiving than the national average, so if you're visiting here do keep in mind that lots of rivers here are good for beginners. The nature scenery of Maine and the beautiful way the water current moves down the stream have people coming here. This section has enough mileage for an overnight trip, so why not pack your camp stove too. Whether
