This stretch has has enough mileage, it's perfect for a one day trip. There are so
    many stretches to paddle in this river system, the Farmington Falls to New Sharon stretch is just one of many. There aren’t any hotels right nearby but if you're willing to drive a short distance then no problem but if you don’t have reservations you might end up sleeping in your
car. The scenic beauty of Franklin County and the cool fresh water attract people from near and far.
