You might have to settle for a hotel a bit away from the river if you want to stay the night, but you'd better reserve in advance because these hotels fill up quick. miles long and is a class I-IV section of whitewater according to American Whitewater. For all you camping people there are campgrounds nearby. The Hay Brook to East Branch Penobscot section is the only paddling section along Seboeis River.

The Jerry Pond Tote Road is a magnificent hiking trail in the neighborhood of Seboeis River. Seboeis River gets a normal amount of yearly rainfall; during July this area sees the most rain, and the driest month of the year is February.
