This section of Sheepscot River in Waldo Lincoln County is 4 miles long and is rated by American Whitewater as a class II section. There are so many stretches to paddle in this river system, the Sheepscot Pond to Somerville stretch is just one of many. Getting some good exercise     and just being out on the river for a while will have you coming back for more.
