This section of St. Francis River is 22 miles long and has been rated as a class I-III section by American Whitewater. No matter if you're whitewater rafting or kayaking around here you won't find a large number of other places. There aren’t any hotels right nearby but if you're willing to drive     a short distance then no problem but do book a room before you come because it is a very popular destination. There are campgrounds quite near the river where you can camp. There are no other sections to paddle along St. Francis River than the Beau Lake to Saint John River section. Getting a good workout and just being out on the river for a while have a lot of people coming here. You can enjoy this section more if you take your time, so why not pack your sleeping bag too.
