There are many put in and take out spots along the creek. A nice paddle is Eden Mill park down to Rocks state park. Put in by parking at Eden Mill Nature Center off of Gwan Grove rd. Take out at the parking area under the king and queen seats off 24 in rocks (by old consesion stand. Do not paddle further unless you are an accomplished paddler due to the immediate section after the take out. It is a fall line creaed shoot that drops about 35 feet over 100 yards and narrows to 1/3 original wifth. Not difficult but intimidating and surprising if not ready
and has a potential pin spot below biggest drop. Says TG

The Bond Road to Susquehanna River stretch of Deer Creek in Harford County is 43.5 miles long and is according to American Whitewater a class I-III section of whitewater. The beautiful scenery of Harford County and the playfulness of the water make the trip here worthwhile. The nearby hotels are a bit away from the river, but do book a room before you come because it is a very popular destination. There's camping available near Deer Creek. Bond Road to Susquehanna River stretch. A stretch of this length does require some preparations, so better bring your camping gear along. Whether you're whitewater rafting or kayaking around here you'll find a large number of good rivers. The sections for whitewater rafting and
kayaking here in Maryland are often more forgiving than in other states, so better not forget that a lot of the rivers here are suitable for beginners.
