The starting location is a reasonable drive from Washington-Arlington-Alexandria, if you're not familiar with the area there's a road map further down the page. The scenic beauty of Montgomery County and the water flowing gracefully down Little Seneca Creek will make you feel great. Whitewater rafting and kayaking in Maryland is often easier than elsewhere, so if you're visiting here do keep in mind that many of the rivers here are not very demanding. This section is long enough to enjoy a good non stop paddle, good for a one day paddling trip. There
