The average whitewater rafting or kayaking river tends to be a bit easier to master in this state than those in other states, so you'd better keep in mind that a large number of rivers in this state are quite easy. Great exercise and just being out on the river for a while are
great reasons to come. For all you camping people there are campgrounds nearby. There are many good hotels to choose from, but if you don’t have reservations you might end up sleeping in your car. Some people prefer whitewater rafting and some kayaking, either way this is an area with plenty of spots for that. The Pleasantville Road to Maryland Route 7 stretch is the only paddling stretch along Winters Run.
