not pack your sleeping bag too. You might be into whitewater rafting or kayaking or both, doesn't matter, around here you'll find a large number of good spots. Briefly about the general area: The North Country National Scenic Trail offers hiking at its best. Through the warm days of summer here at Ontonagon River, high temperatures usually reach the 70's. Once the sun is down it descends
down to the 50's. The cold days of the wintertime come with highs in the 10's while the cold winter nights at Ontonagon River are in the-10's. Ontonagon River gets a typical amount of precipitation; August is when you get the most rain here, and February on the other hand is the driest.
