The scenic beauty of Ingham County and the cool fresh water will make you feel great. The rivers for whitewater rafting and kayaking here in Michigan are often easier than in other states, so if you're not from around here don't forget that a lot of the rivers here are suitable for beginners. You can pitch a tent or park your RV at a nearby campground. There are nice comfortable hotels here, but you'd better reserve in advance     because these hotels fill up quick.
