The Big Falls stretch of Big Fork     is 0.5 miles long and is a class IV-V+ section of whitewater according to American Whitewater. You can pitch a tent or park your RV at a nearby campground. This is a very short section so better bring some good walking shoes. A good workout and a chance to spend some time outdoors are sure to keep you coming back for more. This river system has a few good paddling stretches and the Big Falls section is one of them. Briefly about the general area: The amount of rain that falls at Big Fork is close to the national average; June is the wettest month with most rain; February is the month with the least moisture. Going for a hike on the Wisner Trail is always a brilliant adventure. Summer at Big Fork arrives with high temperatures in the 70's while overnight lows are ordinarily in the 50's.
