The Highway of Park to Mississippi River section of Sauk River is 4.1 miles long and is a class I-II section of whitewater according to American Whitewater. Getting some good exercise and spending some quality time in nature have people coming     from far and near. There are no other sections to paddle along Sauk River than the Highway of Park to Mississippi River section. Lodging is available near the river, but if you don’t have reservations you might end up sleeping in your car. This stretch is mid length, good for a one day paddling trip. For all you camping people there are campgrounds nearby. Since you're on this site you are probably into whitewater rafting or kayaking, either way this is an area with not too many other spots for that.
