The average Missouri whitewater rafting or kayaking river tends to be a bit easier to master than those in other states, so don't forget that a lot of the rivers here are suitable for beginners. plenty of spots for that. There aren’t any hotels right nearby but if you're willing to drive a short distance then no problem but do book a room before you come because it is a very popular destination. The campgrounds here at Little St. Francis River are pretty good. Getting a good workout and just hanging out with mother nature are sure to keep you coming back for more. There are a few other stretches in this river system that can be paddled as well. The river winds through the Ozarks and you get great scenery. The scenic beauty of Madison County
and the playfulness of the water beats anything.
