The rivers for whitewater rafting and kayaking in this state are often easier than in other states, so keep in mind that lots of rivers here are good for beginners. The natural beauty of Montana and the water flowing gracefully down Clark Fork make the trip here worthwhile. No matter if you're whitewater rafting or kayaking around here you'll find a large number of good rivers. Not too many hotels nearby, you'll have to     drive a bit to get to one, but you'd better reserve in advance because these hotels fill up quick. It is very dry here at Clark Fork usually; of all the months in a year June is the one with the most rain, and July on the other hand is the driest.
