The natural beauty of Flathead County and the beautiful way the water current moves down the stream will make you feel great. Whitewater paddling here in the Lewis Range is a great experience. The nearby hotels are a bit away from the river, but do book a room before you come because it is a very popular destination. Getting a good workout and a chance to spend some time outdoors     are great reasons to come. This is the only paddling section along Flathead River - South Fork. You can pitch a tent or park your RV at a nearby campground. A section like this is is of course not run in a single day, so better bring your camping gear along.
