The rivers for whitewater rafting and kayaking here in Montana are often easier than in other states, so if you're visiting here do keep in mind that rivers here are not as hard as elsewhere. For all you camping people there are campgrounds nearby. The wonderful Montana scenery and the beautiful way the water current moves down the stream have people coming here. Not too many hotels nearby, you'll     have to drive a bit to get to one, and if you make reservations in advance you're all set. This section is quite short so you'd better be prepared to walk your kayak back to put-in a few times. Whitewater paddling here in the Absaroka Range is a great experience.
