  This section of Snake River in Cherry County is 0.5 miles long and has been determined by American Whitewater to be a class III section. The nearby hotels are a bit away from the river, but if you don’t have reservations you might end up sleeping in your car. This is an extremely short section so it's not like you're gonna spend hours on the river in one stretch. A good workout and just being out on the river for a while have people coming from far and near. And of course, there are campgrounds nearby.
