Briefly about the general area: All through the months of summer, highs frequently are in the 80's at Cold River.   Once the sun is down it sinks down to the 50's. The wintertime brings highs down to the 20's, and winter nights come with lows in the 0's to Cold River. Cold River is a quite wet place regularly with a great deal of rainfall; the month of May is the wettest with most of the rain, and February on the other hand is the driest.
