A bit of exercise and just hanging out with mother nature are great attractions for lots of people. Some people prefer whitewater rafting and some kayaking, either way there are lots of good rivers for that around here. The scenic beauty of New Hampshire and the sparkling of the
sunlight on the water are in themselves reasons enough to come here to paddle. This stretch is mid length, suitable for an afternoon trip. The wild scenery of the White Mountains is great. If you've been whitewater rafting and kayaking outside this state you might find the rivers
here a bit more challenging, so if you're visiting here do keep in mind that many of the sections here are not safe for beginners.
