If you're coming from Lebanon it's not a long drive at all to the starting location, if you're not familiar with the area there's a road map further down the page. The nature scenery of New Hampshire and the playfulness of the water beats anything. This is an extremely short stretch so it's not like you're gonna spend hours on the river in one stretch. A good workout and just being out on the river for a while will make you glad you came.
