This stretch of Beer Kill River - West Branch is 2.5 miles long and has been rated as a class II-IV section by American Whitewater. There are campgrounds quite near the river where you can camp. This stretch is short so you'll have to walk back to the start over and over. The average whitewater rafting or kayaking river tends to be a bit harder to master in this state than those in other states, so you'd better keep in mind that a lot of the rivers here are not suitable
for beginners. A good workout and just hanging out with mother nature have a lot of people coming here. The Old Greenfield Road Loop to end O. section is the only paddling section along Beer Kill River - West Branch.
