The wonderful Ulster County scenery and the sparkling of the sunlight on the water are in themselves reasons enough to come here to paddle. For all you camping people there are campgrounds nearby. Great exercise and a chance to spend some time outdoors will have you coming back for more. This is a short paddling stretch so you'd better be prepared to walk your kayak back to put-in a few times.
