Getting a good workout and spending some quality time in nature will make you glad you came. You might be into whitewater rafting or kayaking or both, doesn't matter, around here you     won't find a large number of other spots. You can enjoy this section more if you take your time, so why not pack your sleeping bag too. There aren’t any hotels right nearby but if you're willing to drive a short distance then no problem but you'd better reserve in advance because these hotels fill up quick. For all you camping people there are campgrounds nearby. If you've been whitewater rafting and kayaking outside New York you might find the rivers here a bit more challenging, so don't forget that rivers here are not as easy as elsewhere.
