This section is long enough for an overnight trip if you take your time, so why not pack your sleeping bag too. The put-in location is a short drive from Jamestown-Dunkirk-Fredonia. Getting your paddling muscles activated and just     being out on the river for a while are great attractions for lots of people. Chautauqua Creek doesn't have a lot of paddling sections, the Lyons Road to Lake Erie section is the only one.
