Whitewater rafting and kayaking in New York is often tougher than elsewhere, so don't forget that rivers here are not as easy as elsewhere. The natural beauty of Sullivan/ Orange/ Pike County and the playfulness of the water have people coming here. This stretch is very short so it's not like you're gonna spend hours on the river in one stretch.
