This section of Eighteenmile Creek in Erie County is 6 miles long and is rated by American Whitewater as a class II-V section. The average whitewater rafting or kayaking river tends to be a bit harder to master in this state than those in other states, so you'd better keep in mind that quite a few of the sections here are not easy. Great exercise and just hanging out with mother nature are great attractions for lots     of people. You might be into whitewater rafting or kayaking or both, doesn't matter, this area has a pretty small number of paddling spots. For all you camping people there are campgrounds nearby. This stretch has has enough mileage, it's good length for a morning trip. The Hamburg to Lake section is the only paddling section along Eighteenmile Creek. The nature scenery of Erie County and the sparkling of the sunlight on the water beats anything.
