This stretch of Fish Creek in New York is 7.5 miles long and has been determined by American Whitewater to be a class II-IV section. The put-in location is a short drive from Glens Falls, as you can see on the road map further down. The natural beauty of Saratoga County and the cool fresh water will make you feel great. Whether you're whitewater rafting or kayaking this     is an area with plenty of places for that. A good workout and just being out on the river for a while have people coming from far and near. This is a pretty decent length section, suitable for an afternoon trip. There are no other stretches to paddle along Fish Creek than the Burgoyne to Schuylerville stretch. The nearby hotels are a bit away from the river, but if you don’t have reservations you might end up sleeping in your car. For the duration of the long summer days at Fish Creek highs are generally in the 70's with overnight lows in the 50's.
