wonít get lost. This stretch is long enough for an overnight trip if you take your time, so go ahead and pack your camping stuff. Getting some good exercise and spending some quality time in nature are sure to keep you coming
back for more. The beautiful Adirondack Mountains scenery is an added bonus. You might be into whitewater rafting or kayaking or both, doesn't matter, there are lots of good spots for that around here. The nearby hotels are a bit away from the river, and if you make reservations in advance you're all set. The nature scenery of New York and the playfulness of the water are in themselves reasons enough to come here to paddle. This river system
is full of great paddling stretches, the North River to Riparius stretch is just one of them. There are campgrounds quite near the river where you can camp.
