This is a pretty decent length section, suitable for an afternoon trip. There's camping available near Keshegua     Creek. A bit of exercise and just being out on the river for a while are great reasons to come. The put-in location is a reasonable drive from Rochester, please print out a copy of the road map further down the page so you won’t get lost. No need to look hard for hotels, but if you don’t have reservations you might end up sleeping in your car. Keshegua Creek doesn't have a lot of paddling sections, the Tuscarora to Sonyea section is the only one.
