The Kittle Road bridge to Arena stretch of Mill Brook is 3.7 miles long and has been rated as a class II-IV section by American Whitewater. This stretch is short so it's not like you're gonna spend hours on the river in one stretch. The natural beauty of New York and the water flowing gracefully down Mill Brook are in themselves reasons enough to come here to paddle. The beauty of the Catskill Mountains is a great plus for this river. Getting your paddling muscles activated and spending some quality time in nature have people coming from far and near.
There are a few other stretches in this river system that can be paddled as well. There's camping available near Mill Brook. Whitewater rafting and kayaking spots in this state tend to be more challenging than the national average, so keep in mind that lots of rivers here are not
