The put-in location is a reasonable drive from Auburn, as you can see on the road map further down. Oswego River doesn't have a lot of paddling stretches, the From Lock 7 Dam stretch is the only one. Getting a good workout and a chance to spend some time outdoors are sure to keep you coming back for more. There are many good hotels to choose from, but do book a room before you come because it is a very popular destination. This is a very short section     so you'll have to walk back to the start over and over. The campgrounds here at Oswego River are pretty good. Whether you're whitewater rafting or kayaking around here you won't find a large number of other places.
