The Partridgeville Road to Pine Grove Road stretch of Otter Creek is 10.4 miles long and has been determined by American Whitewater to be a class III-V section. The wonderful New York scenery and the cool fresh water will make you feel great. You can enjoy this section more if you take your time, so go ahead and pack your camp stove. You might have to settle for a hotel a bit away from the river if you want to stay the night, but if you don’t have     reservations you might end up sleeping in your car. If you've been whitewater rafting and kayaking outside New York you might find the rivers here a bit more challenging, so if you're visiting here do keep in mind that rivers here are not as easy as elsewhere. Getting your paddling muscles activated and spending some quality time in nature have a lot of people coming here. There are no other stretches to paddle along Otter Creek than the Partridgeville Road to Pine Grove Road stretch.
