The Minnewaska to Rondout Creek section of Peters Kill River is 5.5 miles long and it is classified as a class IV-V+ section by American Whitewater. For all you camping people there are campgrounds nearby. This section is long enough to enjoy a good non stop paddle, good for a one day paddling trip.
