This section of Sprite Creek is 4.55 miles long and has been rated as a class III+(V) section by American Whitewater. There's camping available near Sprite Creek. There aren’t any hotels right nearby but if you're willing to drive a short distance then no problem and if you make reservations in     advance you're all set. There are no other stretches to paddle along Sprite Creek than the Stewart Landing to Youker Road stretch. No matter if you're whitewater rafting or kayaking around here you'll find a large number of good rivers. This stretch is mid length, suitable for an afternoon trip. The sections for whitewater rafting and kayaking here in New York are often more challenging than in other states, so keep in mind that a lot of the rivers here are not suitable for beginners.
