This stretch of West Creek in New York is 5 miles long and has been determined by American Whitewater to be a class I-III section. You might have to settle     for a hotel a bit away from the river if you want to stay the night, but do book a room before you come because it is a very popular destination. Getting some good exercise and a chance to spend some time outdoors are sure to keep you coming back for more. This section is long enough to enjoy a good non stop paddle, it's perfect for a one day trip. You might be into whitewater rafting or kayaking or both, doesn't matter, this is an area with plenty of places for that.
