This stretch of Reedy Fork Creek is 10.1 miles long and is according to American Whitewater a class I-II section of whitewater. The put-in location is a short drive from Greensboro-High Point, please print out a copy of the road map further down the page so you won’t get lost. If you're a camper you can camp at one of the great campgrounds nearby. There are no other stretches to paddle along Reedy Fork Creek than the Route 2732 to North Carolina Route 61 Bridge stretch. You might be into whitewater rafting or kayaking or both, doesn't matter, this area
has a pretty small number of paddling rivers. If you hurry you can run this section in a day but why not make it an overnighter, so go ahead and pack your camp stove. A good workout and spending some quality time in nature are great reasons to come. Not too many hotels nearby,
you'll have to drive a bit to get to one, but do book a room before you come because it is a very popular destination. The scenic beauty of Guilford County and the beautiful way the water current moves down the stream have people coming here.
