The scenic beauty of Ohio and the beautiful way the water current moves down the stream beats anything. This is the only paddling stretch along Big Indian Creek. For all you camping people there are campgrounds     nearby. This stretch is mid length, it's perfect for a one day trip. Getting some good exercise and spending some quality time in nature have a lot of people coming here. You might have to settle for a hotel a bit away from the river if you want to stay the night, but if you don’t have reservations you might end up sleeping in your car. Some people prefer whitewater rafting and some kayaking, either way this is an area with plenty of rivers for that. The starting point is not too far from Cincinnati-Middletown, as you can see on the road map further down. Briefly about the general area: Summertime highs at Big Indian Creek regularly tend to be in the 80's while night lows are generally in the 60's. The winter brings highs down to the 30's while Big Indian Creek overnight low temperatures during the wintertime are in the 10's.
