Whitewater rafting and kayaking in Ohio is often easier than elsewhere, so if you're not from around here don't forget that many of the rivers here are not very demanding. The put-in location     is a short drive from Akron, if you're not familiar with the area there's a road map further down the page. You can pitch a tent or park your RV at a nearby campground. There aren’t any hotels right nearby but if you're willing to drive a short distance then no problem but you'd better reserve in advance because these hotels fill up quick. This stretch is mid length, you can easily run it on   an afternoon. Briefly about the general area: Boston Mills is a very popular ski area nearby.
