The nature scenery of Ohio and the beautiful way the water current moves down the stream make the trip here worthwhile. There's camping available near Horner Run. There are plenty of hotels here if you want to spend a night, but do book a room before you come because it is a very popular destination. A bit of exercise and a chance to spend some time outdoors have a lot of people coming here. Since you're on this site you are     probably into whitewater rafting or kayaking, either way there are lots of good rivers for that around here. The put-in location is a short drive from Cincinnati-Middletown, as you can see on the road map further down. The average whitewater rafting or kayaking river tends to be a bit easier to master in this state than those in other states, so if you're visiting here do keep in mind that quite a few of the sections here are pretty easy. The Cook Road to I-275 stretch is the only paddling stretch along Horner Run. This is an extremely short stretch so you'll have to walk back to the start over and over.
